WAVES is a Dream Pop duo made up of Benoit Julliard, musician and producer, and Gabriel Peyrieux, author and performer. The adventure began on social networks when Benoit stumbled across Gabriel singing and playing guitar in his bedroom. Seduced by his sensitivity and the emotion of his voice, together they created WAVES and fashioned a unique sound, a fusion of retro synthesizers, bewitching climates with analog tones, precision-worked instruments, a soulful voice and introspective, intimate lyrics that evoke melancholy and hope.

The band's musical identity is marked by a sensual, cinematographic and hypnotic ambience, which attracted the attention of media outlets such as France Inter from their first single, Alright.

After three singles and over 2 million streams, WAVES continue their ascent and prepare their first album, supported by the new single “Sooner”.
